Rajasthan Royals thrashed Mumbai Indians by 10 wickets as they gave a great farewell gift to Shane Warne in his last professional cricket match. Mumbai Indians captain Sachin Tendulkar won the toss and decided to bat. But none of the MI batsmen except Rohit Sharma (58 runs off 47 balls) clicked infront of the Rajasthan bowling as they were restricted to only 133/5 in 20 overs. Shane Watson took 3 wickets for the Royals. In reply, Rajasthan Royals openers Shane Watson (89 runs off 47 balls) and Rahul Dravid (43 runs off 32 balls) plundered the MI bowlers are RR cruised to 134 runs in 13.1 overs without losing even a single wicket. Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Rajasthan Royals by 9 wickets at their fortress Jaipur as they nearly eliminated RR chances of making it the playoffs of IPL 4. Virat Kohli won the toss as he led the RCB team in the absence of Vettori due to injury and put RR to bat. Rahul Dravid (37 runs off 31 balls) and Shane Watson (34 runs off 29 balls) gave them a steady opening stand but the other failed to capitalized on the start as they were restricted by RCB bowlers to only 146/6 in 20 overs. S Aravind took 3 wickets for RCB. In reply, Chris Gayle thrashed everyone once again as he scored 70 runs off 44 balls and was supported by Tilakaratne Dilshan (38 runs off 24 balls) and Virat Kohli (39 runs off 34 balls) as they cruised to 151/1 in 17 overs. Chennai Super Kings beat Rajasthan Royals by 8 wickets with 8 balls remaining as they posted their fourth consecutive win. RR captain Warne won the toss and decided to bat. Rajasthan Royals made a great start as they scored 86 runs in the first 10 overs without losing even a single wicket. But after the openers Rahul Dravid (66 runs off 51 balls) and Shane Watson (32 runs off 26 balls) departed, the rest of the batsmen failed to capitalize on the start and RR kept on losing wickets cheaply as they ended up with just 147/6 in their 20 overs. Albie Morkel and Shadab Jakati took 2 wickets each for CSK. In reply, Michael Hussey (79 runs off 55 balls) and Suresh Raina (61 runs off 51 balls) blasted off as they helped CSK cruise to 149/2 in 18.4 overs. Michael Hussey was awarded the Man of the Match for his awesome knock.

Rajasthan Royals cruised over Kochi Tuskers Kerala as they won the match by 8 wickets with 35 balls remaining at their fortress Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. Rajasthan Royals captain Shane Warne won the toss and put Kochi Tuskers Kerala to bat. Kochi kept on losing wickets continuously and were bowled out by RR for a paltry total of 190 all out in 20 overs. Shane Warne took 3 wickets for 16 run while Siddharth Trivedi took 3 wickets for 19 runs. In reply, Shane Watson (49 runs off 40 balls) and Rahul Dravid (44 runs off 37 balls) guided Rajasthan Royals to an easy victory as RR cruised to the target in just 14.1 overs. Shane Warne was awarded the Man of the Match for his brilliant bowling performance.
